Founded in New York City, Women With Voices is a registered 501 (c) (3) nonprofit, that provides a platform of support, guidance and resources for all women from all walks of life. We offer various services included, but not limited to workshops, networking events, wig donations for women with cancer and hair loss illness, counseling sessions, online support and social media platforms. These services unite, support, inspire, empower and uplift women in order to create a stronger more unified community.

OPERATIONS

WOMEN'S RIGHTS & CHALLENGES

INTIATIVE

Women With Voices Initiative – This initiative is dedicated to those who have faced sexual
harassment, assault, domestic violence, discrimination/sexual assault/sexual harassment at the
workplace, discrimination/sexual assault/sexual harassment on school grounds or campuses as well as other violations they have faced. Its purpose is to provide a safe place for these victims to havetheir voices heard.

Speak Up Movement – This movement is to bring awareness to racism and stereotypes women
face in order to gain an understanding of how to fully support and uplift each other.

Immigrant Transition Program – This program is focused on assisting women coming from other countries with transitioning into American culture. We will support these women by providing support for depression, anxiety, cultural adjustments to name a few.

BUSINESS & SKILLS

INITIATIVE

Financial and Economic Literacy Initiative – Teaches financial literacy covering topics such as
credit, money management, budgeting, mortgages, loans, working capital, renting, legal advice and
more.

Fempreneurship – This Initiative will aid a minimum of 1000 women in becoming entrepreneurs and
small business owners by supplying them with the skills and resources needed.

She Tech – This initiative helps women obtain skills in various fields such as computer literacy,
coding, graphics designs, app development and more!

HEALTH & WELLNESS

INITIATIVE

Mental Health Awareness Movement – Bringing awareness to mental health issues as well as
providing coping mechanisms options ranging from traditional therapy, exercise, meditation to name
a few.

Sexual Education and Liberation Initiative – A program dedicated to educating women about their
bodies and sexual health. In addition to promoting sexual liberation in the sense of being
comfortable and confident with your body and sexuality, bringing awareness to sex and body
shaming and other sexual barriers women face.

Live Well Initiative – This initiative will educate women on health-related topics that inform them on
how to evolve in their mind, body, and soul.

Push Forward – This initiative is dedicated to donating a minimum of 1000 wigs and makeovers to
hair loss victims in an effort to help rebuild confidence and establish a support system.

FAMILY & COMMUNITY

INITIATIVE

Parenting Initiative – Addresses general parenthood and parenting tactics, how to co-parent with
fathers, how to co-parent with mothers, legal rights and more.

Men’s Initiative – We believe that feminism and supporting women should translate to anti-men. We
offer men’s groups, financial literacy, health education and other self improvement programming.

Young Queens Initiative – Mentoring young girls, informing them on self-care, hygiene, developing
their goals and future.

CHANGING THE WORLD ONE WOMAN AT A TIME

AWARD CEREMONY FUNDRAISING SOIREE

Every March during women’s month, Women With Voices Non Profit holds an annual award ceremony and soiree fundraiser. The “Changing the World One Woman at A Time” event, that honors inspirational women from all communities and social backgrounds. This packed filled soiree is dedicated to uplifting everyone in attendance by allowing the honorees a platform to share their success stories. It is also a networking environment where women with businesses and occupations share their visions, products and expertise follow by an eventful cast of female creative performing artist.

Woman With Voices works with women from all cultural backgrounds ranging from young adults to senior citizens. Since 2011, we have been bridging the gaps, between bringing those essential resources and cultural competencies to assist, empower and embrace these women no matter where ther are in their lives. Our expertise is serving women and with your contributions we can contiune to educate, motivate and elevate these women with our workshops, networking events and treatmeants for a healthy state of mind and being. I attended a Woman With Voices workshop and I can honestly say, that I did not fully understand the power in womens unity until that event. I left with a peice of mind, so inspired and I bonded with whom I now call my new found sisters. I advise any woman looking for motivation and or some direction in your endeavors, that Women With Voices is the way to go!

The Women With Voices Award Ceremony Fundraising Soiree was by far one of the best expiriences I had in a long time. The energy in the room was so uplifiting, all the stories from guest speakers were inspiring and entertaiment was just mind blowing. I'm excited to see who the next years honorees will be.
